Description
Exquisite Handwoven Vintage Savu Ikat – A rare, authentic textile crafted with traditional techniques from Savu Island, Indonesia. Naturally dyed with plant-based colors, this piece reflects generations of artistry and cultural heritage. Its intricate patterns and timeless design make it perfect as a collector’s item, statement décor, or wearable art.
As an authentic, handwoven textile crafted on a traditional back-strap loom, this piece may contain minor imperfections and unique variations. These are not flaws, but rather cherished hallmarks of its genuine, handmade origin. Slight irregularities in the weave, small thread slubs, and subtle variations in the natural dye colours are a testament to the artisan’s hand and the time-honoured process used to create it. We believe these details add to the unique character and story of each textile, confirming its place as a one-of-a-kind work of art.
