Shipping & Returns

UK orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. All items will be shipped via Royal Mail UK, recorded and signed for. Each parcel will be sent with insurance. UK shipment usually takes between 2-5 days.

europe shipping

Orders from Europe will be shipped via Royal Mail or ParcelForce, recorded and signed for, with tracking number and insurance. Delivery time is between 5 – 10 days. We will provide a tracking number for the customer to see the shipment’s progress.

thE REST OF THE WORLD

Orders from countries outside of Europe will be shipped via Royal Mail or ParcelForce, recorded and signed for, with tracking number and insurance. Delivery times vary depending on your country’s geographical location, usually between 10- 30 days. We will provide a tracking number for the customer to see the shipment’s progress.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Purchasing goods from outside of your country of residence may be subject to import duties and taxes. Wastra Indonesia London does not deal with any relevant import duties which may be applied to your purchased goods. Buyers are responsible for paying the duty and other customs clearing expenses in the destination country. 

Please be informed that all our products are dutiable merchandise and by law, we are required to declare the total value of items you have purchased from our shop, and this value will be specified on the shipping label of the parcel to be sent to buyers. Wastra Indonesia London, will not be able to dispatch an order to international buyers to be marked as “GIFT” even though the intention of your purchase is to be given as gift to a specific recipient.  

RETURNS

Here at Wastra Indonesia London, we endeavour to offer customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us immediately, to discuss the best possible solution to the issues related to your purchase.

Wastra Indonesia London supplies only unique handmade products; therefore, we cannot offer a replacement item identical to the item you wish to return. We do, however, offer an exchange for an item with the same value or offer credit. If you wish to return an item, you will need to notify us within 5 days of receipt of the order.

> For UK returns, items must be received at the return address provided, within 7 days from the notification date.

> For Europe returns, items must be received at the return address provided, within 14 days from the notification date,

> for all other countries, items must be received at the return address provided, within 21 days from the notification date.

Once we have agreed on a return, we will supply buyers with a return address email, to where they need to return the item. Return items must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed and in their original packaging. Please note that we are not liable for any loss or damage to any returned items during transit. Buyers are advised to send the item via insured, recorded delivery with a tracking number. 

Buyers are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item is received, we will send you a notification email to let you know that we have received the returned item. Once we have inspected the returned item, we will also let you know whether the returned item is qualified for a refund.

If your claim is approved, your refund will be processed accordingly, and a credit will automatically be sent to your original method of payment. This process may take a few days, depending on the buyer’s location.

NON - REFUNDABLE ITEMS

> Sale items cannot be returned, only regular priced items may be returned. 

Any item which is returned not in its original condition, or is damaged or part of the product is missing for reasons, not due to our error.

> Any item that is returned passed the return time frame. 

> Shipment charges are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for the cost of postage for any returned item back to us.
